Vegan Cheeze Demo in the Barn

Time: Class 2:00-4:00 pm
Farm tour / animal meet & greet will commence after class!!!

Cost: $35.00, additional $15.00 if you would like to purchase the cookbook.

Join us for a vegan cheeze making demonstration in the barn at Lancaster Farm Sanctuary. All proceeds from the class will benefit Animal Advocates of South Central PA. This class is presented by the Animal Advocates of SCPA, ScPA Vegan Drinks and Lancaster Farm Sanctuary. There are 30 available tickets for this event.

Amber St. Clare Grebinger will demo 3 types of cheezes from the The Non-Dairy Evolution Cookbook by Skye Michael Conroy:
– Mozzarella style
– Beer cheeze
– Cultured style, possibly bleu cheeze

Each attendee will receive 1 wine ticket. Wine selection provided by ScPA Vegan Drinks. We will also have homemade lemonade and iced tea.
Attendees are welcome to BYOB.
Crackers, fruit and baked goods will be served alongside cheeze.
Everyone will take home a jar of (super delicious!) beer cheeze.
